Professional Background

Write Dynamics' founder, Juliette Williamson, possesses a unique combination of professional writing skills, psychology expertise, and years of business experience. While in the Ph.D. program at USC, Juliette researched and lectured in areas related to persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales strategies. She applied this knowledge as Corporate Training Manager for Option One Mortgage Corporation and Eagle Community Credit Union. In both organizations, she developed training manuals and facilitated workshops in a variety of areas. Subsequently, Juliette served as Director of Corporate Communications for ITCR, Inc. and Marketing Director for workcompcentral.com. In these roles, she spearheaded successful corporate branding, marketing, and public relations initiatives. Through these experiences, Juliette devised methods of selecting the right words to incite action and achieve significantly greater response rates. She established Write Dynamics in 2000 to help businesses identify and effectively convey their unique identity and persuasive message. Since then, Juliette and her associates have worked with executive managers and entrepreneurs to achieve breakthrough levels of success with strategic written communications.

Personal Background

A passion for excellence and the desire to surpass expectations come naturally for Juliette. A 3rd degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and a 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Juliette began studying martial arts at age 8. For over 15 years, she practiced tirelessly and competed in tournaments regularly. She captured 4 International Champion titles and won over 250 trophies, most of which were first place or Grand Champion. These achievements were featured in several issues of Martial Arts magazine and newspapers. While still in high school, Juliette started her own Karate instruction business. Specializing in weapons instruction and preparing high-achieving martial artists for competition, she trained hundreds of students between the ages of 5 and 55. Today as president of Write Dynamics, she applies the same discipline and determination to achieve success for her clients.
